Our services can be retained on a contract basis or utilized as
needed. Because our technicians have experiences on a variety of
different networks and systems they are able to solve problems more
quickly than a single in-house staff member with limited experience
and training.
Contract - On-site service , which includes
Labor and Parts and unlimited number of calls. We provide four hour
response time and FREE long term repairs. Preventive maintenance at
customers request (upto 2 times/year). Technical and software phone
support. New product updates and News. Compatibility information and
advice. Free consultation and resource usage analysis. No labor charge
for upgrades or installations purchased from us. PERIOD: The price is
for 12 months On-Site Service. Billing is done quarterly and contract
can be canceled with thirty days written notice.
Hourly - Service calls that are not covered
under on-site service contract ,will be charged on hourly basis. A
minimum charge of one hour will apply. Please contact us for the
